In two years ago until now, Indonesian's government has a new regulation about sea transportation was called UU Pelayaran no.17 th.2008. It was changed the old regulation, UU Pelayaran no.21 th.1992. One of special transformation is the cabotage principal in sea of Indonesian Republic, It is said that any ships who sail in the area of Indonesian sea must under Indonesian Flag.
